Work with Me

I bring nearly 30 years of clinical practice in mental health counseling and spiritual direction to my work as Therapeutic Enneagram Coach.

I love to walk alongside people, helping them to see their old patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving, and relating, while shining a light on the path home to themselves and each other. I also love leading groups — creating safe spaces for people to explore their patterns alongside fellow travelers doing the same. And finally, I love to teach the Enneagram. I can help your group understand the personality typology system and how it can benefit your team or organization.

Working with Individuals

Using the Enneagram as a guide, I help individuals who seek greater self-awareness, awakening, and growth. Maybe they are at a crossroads, facing a roadblock, or have experienced a loss. I help people explore the question: Who Am I Now? I help them find self-compassion and remember who they have always been. My style is warm and gentle when tenderness is needed and clear and directive when necessary.

As your Enneagram Coach

  • Conduct Enneagram interview / assessments to find your type and subtype sequence

  • Meet individually over time to help you deepen yourself-understanding and increase your level of (self) awareness to find and realize your full potential

As your CPenneagram Mentor/Coach

  • Help you develop your Personal Development Plan (PDP)

  • Provide required mentoring for personal track integration

  • Provide required coaching for professional track integration

As a Group Facilitator: 

I facilitate small groups to orient people to the Enneagram's wisdom and help them grow with others to deepen understanding of self, each other and group dynamics at play.

As a Teacher: 

I teach groups about the Enneagram as a typology system and a process that can illuminate pathways to psycho-spiritual transformation. Using the Enneagram, I help you to improve team dynamics and communication through understanding and empowering yourselves and each other.

I am available to:

  • Provide half or full-day staff retreats to organizations and businesses

  • Provide deep-dive weekend retreats for spiritual groups/churches

  • Facilitate 6 - 8 week psycho-spiritual Enneagram growth groups

  • Offer CEUs to coach Psychologists/ Clinical Social Workers on how use of the Enneagram in practice can enhance therapist and client understanding of unconscious thinking / feeling / behaving patterns

  • Design courses or trainings to meet your personal / professional needs
